Well, in preparation for the summer ahead, we have another wrist free class locked and loaded for your pleasure.
Again, I want to emphasize that these classes DO use the arms, but they do not put any 90 degree angle pressure on the wrists.
So this class, actually, works a lot on opening up the shoulders as well as balancing, and, of course, twists.
Twists are just delicious aren’t they?
They aid in digestion, stimulate the internal organs, build heat in the body, cinch the waistline, sometime crackle and pop in a self-chiropractic adjustment.
